Quail Hollow Annual Meeting

Our annual HOA meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 19th, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Bendall home (5126 Bitter Creek Place). We will have updates on projects throughout the community, financial report, and time for community conversation. Please bring your own lawn chairs as we will enjoy the meeting outdoors.

Dues will be accepted at this time as well even though they are due by July 1st. Dues are due annually and are $400. You can either pay the full amount in July OR you can do 2 installments of $200 through July and by October 1st. We accept cash or check and checks need to be made payable to “Quail Hollow HOA”. Please do not write checks out to anyone else on behalf of the HOA.
